1) Check Lampu DSL/ADSL/Link kat modem
2)Dengar dial tone kat phone or noisy line (Kalau xder dial tone trus wat report )
Kalau DSL Stable
- Wat direct connection dulu, Bypass splitter. Masukkan line dr modem trus ke wall socket. Utk check splitter okey.Lau pakai router pon bypass jugak.Gune modem terus ke PC
- Check network card and LAN cable okey
- Configure balik modem lau pakai auto connection
- Delete existing dialer termasuk shortcut kat desktop n recycle bin lau pakai manual connection, wat dialer baru
- Make sure mase masuk username and password betul (username@streamyx)
- Lau xleh jugak, msuk command prompt, (Start, All programs, Accessories, Command Prompt)
- Type ipconfig/all. Lau ada reply ip n default getaway kire okey la tue.
- Last option dah buat mmg xleh call 100 wat report, bgtau dh wat sume diatas

- Masuk command prompt, (Start, All programs, Accessories, Command Prompt)
- Type ipconfig/all. Lau ada reply ip n default getaway kire okey la tue.Lau media state media disconnected, try ping
no default getaway atau modem>tgk lost brape?

- Wat speedtest kat http://speedtest.streamyx.com.my
- Dah ade speedtest baru call 100
- Check kat browser, lau work offline ade tanda, untick dlu .Lepas tu refresh connection
- kalau ada dialer sebelum ni, delete semua dialer
- off modem 15 seconds and on balik
- Still ade lagi work offline, restart PC
